Precinct Officer General Information

If you're having trouble locating you're address, check out these valuable hints!

BASIC HINTS:

HINT #1: The STREET ADDRESS input field is for your house number and street name. The CITY input field is optional. In general, you should at least enter your house number, street name and street type in the STREET ADDRESS field. You may also enter just the city, the city and the state, or nothing at all in the CITY field. The following are examples valid search addresses:
Example A: 1101 E Orangeburg Ave (STREET ADDRESS)
Modesto, CA 95350 (CITY)
Example B: 16000 Hwy 33 (STREET ADDRESS)
Patterson (CITY)
Example C: 3600 Prescott Rd (STREET ADDRESS)
(CITY)

HINT #2: Use abbreviations for street type.
For example, enter 420 N Elm St
instead of      420 N Elm Street

Valid Street type abbreviations are:
AVE, BLVD, BND, CIR, CT, DR, HWY, LN, LOOP, MNR, PKWY, PL, RD, SQ, ST, TER & WAY

HINT #3: If you're having trouble locating your address, just enter your house number and street name in Address Line #1.
For example, enter 420 Elm St
or even 420 Elm
instead of      420 N Elm Street

HINTS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NON-STANDARD ADDRESSES:

HINT #4: Leave off apartment/building numbers when searching.
For example, enter 420 N Elm St
instead of      420 N Elm St #4
or      420 N Elm St Apart 321

HINT #5: If you have a fractional house number, leave off the fraction.
For example, enter 205 H ST
instead of      205 1/2 H ST

OTHER HINTS:

HINT #6: If you use Address Line #2, separate city and state with a comma and a space. Separate city and zip, (if you enter the zip), with a single space. Use a two character state abbreviation.
For example, enter Turlock, CA
instead of      Turlock CA
or      Turlock, Calif.

HINT #7: Leave periods out of your search string.
For example, enter 234 S 1ST AVE
instead of      234 S. 1ST AVE

HINT #8: If you live on a state highway such as Highway 33 or Highway 120 enter your address in the following format:
For example, enter 1234 Hwy 120
